Melrose Safe School Pathways

There are growing concerns and focused efforts to ensure Melrose kids can get to school safely.

There are many obstacles that can interfere with youth leaving their home base and making their way to school, during school, and then on their way back home.

One group has focused on a particular challenge at the intersection of homeless and child safety.

This is a delicate subject and this group is aiming to find a solution to resolve issues that occur when encampments share immediate space with kids and schools.
